Mince Pies

The sweet pastry is Seriously Good in these mince pies and works brilliantly with the luxury mincemeat we use. Each mince pie is shallow giving them the perfect balance of mincemeat to pastry, they are then finished with a sprinkle of caster sugar. Although there are no nuts in the recipe we are unable to guarantee nut free as we do have nuts in our bakery and the recipe does contain Wheat Flour.

When I initially looked at packaging our Seriously Good Mince Pies all the mince pie boxes I could find were in packs of 6 so I decided to design a box which I felt was more suitable. This box holds four mince pies so can be bought as a perfect little gift whether it be for a teachers present at Christmas or to take around to a friends house with a bottle of mulled wine. The packaging of my products is very important to me as I believe the packaging reflects the quality of the product in side the box. Each mince pie is placed into an individual foil and then they are sealed into a pack of four and placed into the box. I then hand tie them all with raffia a small luggage label and finish them with a craft Christmas tree peg.

Mince pies are available from November 8th 2010 to January 2011.
