Yorkshire Parkin Biscuit

We have taken the key ingredients of the Yorkshire Parkin which are the medium course oatmeal the ginger, black treacle and syrup and blended them together in perfect proportion to produce the Seriously Good Yorkshire Parkin Biscuit.  Where possible we have sourced our ingredients locally.

We have also designed a box which is 100% recyclable and suitable for home composting.  These biscuits are very substantial with each box weighing 300ge and in true Yorkshire fashion are "seriously good" when dunked in a cup of tea!  Look out for our new biscuits in your local farm shops & delis and please ask for them if you would like you local shop to stock them.
