One of the best 'mistakes' in confectionary history, first created in 1886 when a batch of French caramels was 'fudged' up and ey up, there was a seriously good treat invented forever known as fudge!  Our truly indulgent Yorkshire fudge is made in the traditional way and allowed to cool naturally, creating a fudge with a creamy, crumbly texture. Perfect to gift, or simply just to treat yourself! Our All Butter, Salted Caramel and Chocolate Truffle Fudge is also available in Gift Pack of 3.
