Our Sloe Gin Fruit Cake is based on a traditional recipe handed down 3 generations and using the finest fruit soaked and plumped overnight in Hedgerow Gin, from our friends at Sloemotion in Harrogate, for that sticky richness.
Stirred and baked the way Grandma did, each fruit cake is individually hand crafted and lovingly baked in our family bakery.
Our fruit cake is made using nuts, so is not suitable for those with a nut allergy.
Our products have a minimum shelf life of 5 months from baking, so there is plenty of time to enjoy this treat.

Ingredients: Currants (22%), Butter (contains Milk), Brown Sugar, Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, and Thiamin), Sultanas (9%), Raisins (9%), Sloe Gin, Almonds (nuts), Cherries (5.5%), Egg, Orange Peel and Lemon Peel (2.5%) (glucose syrup, sucrose), Black Treacle, Salt, Mixed Spices.
