Our Rocky Road is baked using all butter shortbread biscuits, marshmallows and Belgian Chocolate. They are the perfect treat to enjoy with a cup of tea.

Our Rocky Road are individually wrapped and  presented in a box of 4 making them perfect to send as a treat or to store in the cupboard at home.

Our products have a minimum shelf life of 3 months so there is plenty of time to enjoy these treats.

Mini Marshmallows

Glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine(beef), anti-caking agent (maize starch, dextrose), natural flavour, colour (Beetroot Red; Betanin).

Shortbread Biscuit (11.4%)

 Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin and Thiamine) (48%), Butter (Milk), Sugar, Ground Rice, Cornflour

Milk Chocolate Couveture, (17%)

 Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifiers: Lecithins (Soya), Natural Vanilla. Cocoa solids (35.1%), Milk Solids (21%).

Dark Chocolate Couveture;

Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier, Soya Lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring.

White chocolate covering

Sugar, Palm oil (palm kernel, fully hydrogenated palm oil), Whey powder (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, flavourings.
