Lottie Shaw’s ‘Seriously Good’ range of home baked good is set to be trailed by Britain’s first charitable food hall, Fodder.
Lottie Shaw’s is a staunch advocate of traditional family baking and has created the ‘Seriously Good’ range based on family recipes that have been passed down from one generation to the next.
The range, which is available in small portions are ideally suited for sharing with friends and family and include Yorkshire Parkin, Millionaires Shortbread, Parkin Pudding, Chocolate Chip Flapjack, Ginger Biscuits Tiffin, and Mince Pies.
Fodder, which is run and championed by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, is well-known for the high quality of its locally sourced products and will trail the range during May with the most popular products being introduced later on.
Lottie Shaw’s ‘Seriously Good’ range of Yorkshire Parkin is already sold by Fodder and their managing director Heather Parry is keen to try the new home baked range: “We already stock Lottie Shaw’s wonderful Yorkshire Parkin and seasonal lines and we are delighted to trial the new home baked range. We look forward to the reaction of our customers, who are very discerning and look for only the best quality.”
